A football ardent follower and realtor, Engr. Chibuzo Anaezeofor has donated two standard match balls to Alleluia Football Academy of Awka.
The donation was made on Wednesday, 26th March, 2025 at the Capital City playing ground domiciled at Amaenyi Awka during the team’s training session.
Engr. Anaezeofor stated that the gesture was based on his love for the round leather game which is the king of Sport and a game that can lift people from penury to riches if the players of the game are discovered on time and are well groomed to become world class footballers.
He stated that the advent of Alleluia FA has created a veritable platform to unearth hidden footballing talents in the administrative capital of state as well as keeping the youths busy, focused and engaged in productive events. He commended the Proprietor of Alleluia FA, Elochukwu Hyginus Nwosu for his vision and philantropic gesture of raising the next generation of super stars from the communit while admonishing the players to make the best out of the opportunity by being dedicated, focused and disciplined so as to achieve their dreams and purpose.
In his response on behalf of the Proprietor, Head Coach of the Team, Mr. Ebuka Okoye AKA Nwababy thanked Engr. Anaezeofor for his magnanimity and support towards the growth of the football academy. He assured that Alleluia FA is poised in its vision of ensuring that Awka is placed on the sporting map through the footballing program of Alleluia FA while calling on other well meaning individuals in the community to support the football project.
Highlights of the event was handing of the official match balls to the team and a session of group photograph with the players of the team and Engr. Anaezeofor.
